At Ev Hesabı, we value your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected when you use the Ev Hesabı app, how that information is used, stored, and protected.
Information We Collect Ev Hesabı may collect and process certain information to help users manage shared household expenses, payments, and household tasks with their roommates. The information we may collect includes: User name or nickname, Email address, User ID, Household group information, Shared expenses and payment records, Household chores and task lists, Notes optionally added by the user, Photos optionally added by the user, Adding photos is completely optional. Users are not required to upload or attach photos.
How We Use Information The collected information is used only to provide the core features of the app and improve the user experience. We may use information to: Calculate shared expenses, Show balances between roommates, Create and manage household groups, Track weekly household tasks, Manage user accounts and sessions, Keep the app secure, stable, and functional, User data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
Firebase and Third-Party Services Ev Hesabı may use Google Firebase services to operate and improve the app. Firebase may be used for user account creation, authentication, secure data storage, photo uploads, error tracking, or improving app performance. Depending on the Firebase services used, some data may be processed and stored on Google servers. Such data is subject to Firebase’s privacy and security practices.
Photos and Media The app may allow users to optionally add photos to expense or task records. Photo access only occurs with the user’s permission. Ev Hesabı does not access the user’s photo library without permission and does not collect photos that the user has not selected. Photos added by the user may be stored through Firebase to provide the related app feature.
Data Storage User data may be stored for as long as necessary to provide the app’s features. Users may delete their records within the app. For account or data deletion requests, users may contact us.
Data Security We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect user information. However, no method of internet transmission or digital storage is completely risk-free.
Children’s Privacy Ev Hesabı is not designed for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
User Rights Users may view, edit, or delete their data within the app. For privacy-related or data deletion requests, users may contact us.
Changes to This Policy This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Updates become effective when published on this page.

Bilgilerin Kullanım Amacı Toplanan bilgiler yalnızca uygulamanın temel özelliklerini sağlamak ve kullanıcı deneyimini iyileştirmek amacıyla kullanılır. Bu amaçlar şunlardır: Ortak giderleri hesaplamak, Ev arkadaşları arasındaki borç ve alacak dengesini göstermek, Ev grupları oluşturmak ve yönetmek, Haftalık ev görevlerini takip etmek, Kullanıcı hesabını ve oturumunu yönetmek, Uygulamanın güvenli, düzenli ve hatasız çalışmasını sağlamak, Kullanıcı verileri satılmaz, kiralanmaz veya üçüncü taraflarla reklam amacıyla paylaşılmaz.
Firebase ve Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetler Ev Hesabı, uygulamanın çalışması için Google Firebase hizmetlerini kullanabilir. Firebase; kullanıcı hesabı oluşturma, kimlik doğrulama, verilerin güvenli şekilde saklanması, fotoğraf yükleme, hata takibi veya uygulama performansının iyileştirilmesi gibi amaçlarla kullanılabilir. Kullanılan Firebase servislerine bağlı olarak bazı veriler Google sunucularında işlenebilir ve saklanabilir. Bu veriler Firebase’in gizlilik ve güvenlik uygulamalarına tabidir.
Fotoğraflar ve Medya Uygulama, kullanıcı isterse gider veya görev kayıtlarına fotoğraf eklemesine izin verebilir. Fotoğraf erişimi yalnızca kullanıcının izniyle gerçekleşir. Ev Hesabı, kullanıcının fotoğraf galerisine izinsiz erişmez ve kullanıcının seçmediği fotoğrafları toplamaz. Eklenen fotoğraflar, uygulamanın ilgili özelliğini sağlamak amacıyla Firebase üzerinde saklanabilir.
Verilerin Saklanması Kullanıcı verileri, uygulamanın özelliklerini sunmak için gerekli olduğu sürece saklanabilir. Kullanıcılar uygulama içindeki kayıtlarını silebilir. Hesap veya veri silme talepleri için bizimle iletişime geçebilirler.
Veri Güvenliği Kullanıcı bilgilerinin güvenliğini sağlamak için makul teknik ve idari önlemler alınır. Ancak internet üzerinden veri aktarımı veya dijital depolama yöntemlerinin tamamen risksiz olduğu garanti edilemez.
Çocukların Gizliliği Ev Hesabı, 13 yaş altındaki çocuklara yönelik olarak tasarlanmamıştır. Bilerek 13 yaş altındaki çocuklardan kişisel veri toplamayız.
Kullanıcı Hakları Kullanıcılar, uygulama içindeki verilerini görüntüleyebilir, düzenleyebilir veya silebilir. Gizlilik ve veri silme talepleri için bizimle iletişime geçebilirler.
Değişiklikler Bu Gizlilik Politikası zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Güncellemeler bu sayfada yayımlandığı anda geçerli olur.
